"The Pixel Cloud" project in Haverstraw, New York, aims to transform a retired power plant into a hub for social infrastructure, enhancing walkability and waterfront access. This project integrates adaptive reuse with cloud data center architecture and natural systems. It will provide exhibition spaces for artists and architects, research and artistic creation facilities, and a public library. Additionally, the master plan includes a redesigned waterfront park and a climate research center benefiting from the new data center.
